The Tongyeong City Hall Triathlon Team is an elite squad consisting of four male and three female athletes who consistently compete at the highest level, primarily in the annual Korean National Sports Festival.
Major Achievements (including national team participation by Tongyeong athletes):

Silver medal in Mixed Relay

Triathlonist of Tongyeong triathlon team has rapidly established himself as a top-tier competitor on both the national and international circuits:
2025: Secured membership on the Korean National Triathlon Team.
2024: Achieved the 2nd Place final rank in the Korean Triathlon Elite category.
2024: Placed 4th at the Asia Triathlon Junior, U23 & Mixed Relay Championships in Jubail.
